Dr Shaheen Islam is Director of Interventional Pulmonology at the Medical College of Georgia in the USA. He completed his interventional pulmonology training at Lahey Clinic has been practicing IP procedures since 2004.
Dr Islam also served as Director of IP at Ohio State University and has trained multiple physicians in IP.
He has served as member of the Awards committee, and membership committee of the WABIP and currently serving as the chair of the Membership committee of WABIP.
