个人简介:

孙晓刚,主任医师,博士生导师。现任中国医学科学院阜外医院外科管委会副主任、血管外科中心三病区副主任,国家心血管病专家委员会血管外科专业委员会全国常务委员,中华医学会医疗鉴定专家库等多个国家级专家库成员。曾在哈佛大学附属麻省总医院和加州大学洛杉矶分校附属里根医疗中心做访问学者。《中国循环杂志》、《中华胸心血管外科杂志》、《中华医学杂志英文版》、《精准医学杂志》等多个核心期刊通讯编委。1992-1995年,中国协和医科大学心脏外科硕士研究生,师从朱晓东院士,进行人工生物心脏瓣膜系统研究。2000-2003年,中国协和医科大学心脏外科博士研究生,师从胡盛寿院士,在国内首先开展、完成了牛颈静脉带瓣管道体内植入的实验研究。在阜外医院心脏外科工作近30年,接受了非常严格、系统的专业理论知识和临床技能培训,打下了坚实的综合职业基础。至今独立完成各类心脏手术逾6000例,包括先天性心脏病、缺血性心脏病、瓣膜性心脏病及各类主动脉疾病的外科治疗,临床结果优异。目前重点

事主动脉疾病的外科临床及相关研究工作。擅长各种主动脉根部病变尤其是夹层累及的主动脉根部的外科治疗、复杂主动脉弓部病变的外科治疗、多种术式及技术行主动脉瓣病变的修复手术等。此外,在各种急危重症主动脉疾病的救治中,如急性A型主动脉夹层和破裂性胸腹主动脉瘤的外科治疗,也取得了满意的临床结果。各类主动脉疾病和成人心脏病的手术治疗成功率常年保持在99%以上。在科研方面,主要致力于A型主动脉夹层根部治疗体系的建立,主动脉瓣二瓣化畸形等主动脉瓣病变修复策略的完善,不同体外循环模式下胸腹主动脉置换的探索,主动脉弓部手术脑神经系统救治新范式的建立与推广,各类主动脉疾病动物模型的建立等,2017年,在国际上首次将主动脉球囊阻断技术应用于全弓置换和支架象鼻手术中,安全有效地将手术的深低温停循环时间缩短至3~5分钟,该技术创新被美国胸外科学会(AATS)评为“TOP 5”的研究。承担并完成多项省部级重点课题及院所重点课题,目前在研科研经费达300余万元。以第一或通讯作者在胸心血管外科领域国际顶级期刊,如JTCVS、ATS、EJCTS、JVS等发表SCI研究论文二十余篇。多次受邀在国际顶级学术会议,如欧洲胸心外科学会年会、美国胸外科学会年会和纽约主动脉外科研讨会上发言交流。

Xiaogang Sun, Professor, Chief Physician and Doctoral Advisor. He currently serves as the Deputy Director of the Surgical Management Committee and the Deputy Director of the Vascular Surgery Ward 3 at Fuwai Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. He is also a standing committee member of the National Expert Committee on Cardiovascular Diseases, Vascular Surgery, and a member of multiple national expert pools, including the Chinese Medical Association's Medical Appraisal Expert Pool. He was a visiting scholar at Massachusetts General Hospital, affiliated with Harvard University, and at the Reagan Medical Center, affiliated with UCLA. He serves as an editorial board member for several core journals, including "Chinese Circulation Journal", "Chinese Journal of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery", "Chinese Medical Journal (English Edition)", and "Journal of Precision Medicine".

From 1992-1995, he pursued a Master's degree in Cardiothoracic Surgery at Peking Union Medical College, under the mentorship of Academician Xiaodong Zhu, focusing on the research of artificial biological heart valve systems. From 2000-2003, as a PhD student in Cardiothoracic Surgery at the same institution under Academician Shengshou Hu, he pioneered and completed experimental studies on the intracorporeal implantation of bovine jugular vein valves. With nearly 30 years of experience in cardiac surgery at Fuwai Hospital, he has received rigorous and systematic training in both professional theory and clinical skills, establishing a solid comprehensive professional foundation. To date, he has independently performed over 6,000 various types of cardiac surgeries, including congenital heart disease, ischemic heart disease, valvular heart disease, and various aortic diseases, achieving excellent clinical outcomes. His current focus is on clinical and research work related to aortic diseases, specializing in surgical treatments for various pathologies of the aortic root, including dissections, complex aortic arch conditions, and repairs of aortic valve pathologies through various techniques. Additionally, he has achieved satisfactory clinical results in the emergency treatment of critical aortic diseases, such as acute Type A aortic dissection and ruptured thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysms. His success rate for surgeries involving aortic diseases and adult cardiac diseases consistently exceeds 99%.

In terms of research, he is dedicated to establishing treatment systems for Type A aortic dissection at the root, perfecting repair strategies for bicuspid aortic valve anomalies and other aortic valve pathologies, exploring thoracoabdominal aortic replacement under different extracorporeal circulation modes, and developing and promoting new paradigms for neuroprotection in aortic arch surgery. In 2017, he was the first internationally to apply aortic balloon occlusion technology to total arch replacement and stent elephant trunk surgery, safely and effectively reducing the deep hypothermic circulatory arrest time to 3-5 minutes, a technique innovation honored as the "TOP 5" by the American Association for Thoracic Surgery (AATS). He has led and completed multiple key provincial and institutional projects, with current research funding exceeding 3 million yuan. As the first or corresponding author, he has published over twenty SCI research papers in top international journals in the field of thoracic and cardiovascular surgery, such as JTCVS, ATS, EJCTS, and JVS. He has been frequently invited to speak at top international academic conferences, including the annual meetings of the European Society for Cardio-thoracic Surgery, the American Thoracic Society, and the New York Aortic Surgery Symposium.

年手术量400余例,主要为成人心血管外科疾病,手术成功率99%以上。从事心脏外科23年来,在诸多领域积累了较丰富的临床经验,尤其在冠心病、心脏瓣膜成形、心房纤颤、肥厚型梗阻性心肌病和三尖瓣下移畸形的外科治疗方面,经验丰富,治疗效果居于国内领先水平。

胡展,中国医学科学院阜外医院副主任医师,北京大学医学部八年制博士。2020年北京市科技新星。中华医学会器官移植学分会青年学组委员,中国生物医学工程学会机械循环支持分会委员,北京神经科学学会脑心共患病专业委员会委员。长期从事心血管外科疾病的临床和科研工作,曾于美国明尼苏达大学心脏外科交流实习。擅长冠心病、先天性心脏病、风湿性心脏病等的诊断及外科治疗,主刀完成各类心脏外科手术数百例。作为课题负责人主持多项国家级及市级科研项目,基金共300余万元。发表研究论文多篇,近5年以第一作者发表SCI文10篇,包括Circulation、Nat Cardiovasc Res、JTCVS、ATVB、JAHA等国际知名期刊,累积影响因子超70分。目前主要研究方向冠状动脉粥样硬化的基础研究、心脏外科手术治疗相关临床研究。
