Led the congenital heart disease surgical team to achieve an annual increase of more than 10% for consecutive years, and the mortality rate was controlled at about 1% of the domestic advanced level; Individuals have performed nearly 10,000 congenital heart surgery. He led and organized the integrated management of prenatal and postnatal diagnosis and treatment of fetal congenital heart disease in Hunan Province. It is the first country to carry out the research and application of pulmonary valve conduit in China. The international first "intracardiac conduit connection" technique is used to treat double outlet right ventricle with unrelated ventricular septal defect, which greatly reduces the difficulty of operation and operative mortality. China took the lead in the minimally invasive small incision repair of congenital heart disease and repair of tetralogy of Fallot with right heart protection technology, and successfully carried out the heart-lung transplantation of the youngest child in China and the heart transplantation of children in the province. In Hunan Province, a number of difficult and complex surgical procedures such as Ross operation, Ross-Konno operation, ccTGA double switch operation, Nikaidoh operation, total aortic arch replacement in children, reconstruction of unilateral absence of pulmonary artery, tricuspid valve Cone plasty, systemic pulmonary collateral branch fusion operation, and correction of incardiac anomalous pulmonary venous connection have been carried out.
