陈瑞，男，主任医师，博士生导师，现任青岛大学附属妇女儿童医院心脏中心主任，先后在加拿大多伦多儿童医院心脏外科及日本埼玉县小儿医疗中心心脏外科研修。

兼任国家心脏中心先心病专家委员会常委，中华小儿外科学会心胸外科学组委员, 山东省医学会心血管外科分会副主任委员，山东省医师协会结构性心脏病专业委员会副主任委员，山东省医院研究分会心脏大血管分会副主任委员，青岛市医学会心血管外科副主任委员和小儿外科专业委员会主任委员。擅长新生儿及复杂先心病的手术治疗和常见先心病右腋下小切口微创手术及介入治疗，国内外发表论文40余篇，获得省部级科技进步二等奖两项和三等奖一项。全国医药卫生系统先进个人。

He is  a member of the Standing Committee of the Congenital Heart Disease Expert Committee of the National Heart Center, a member of the cardiothoracic Surgery Group of the Chinese Pediatric Surgery Society, a deputy chairman of the Cardiovascular Surgery Branch of the Shandong Medical Association, a deputy chairman of the Structural Cardiology Professional Committee of the Shandong Medical Association, and a deputy chairman of the cardiac macrovascular Branch of the Shandong Provincial Hospital Research Society. Qingdao Medical Association cardiovascular surgery deputy chairman and pediatric surgery committee chairman. He is good at the surgical treatment of newborns and complex congenital heart disease and the minimally invasive surgery and interventional treatment of congenital heart disease He has published more than 40 papers.
